Hamid Montakab

Hamid Montakab graduated from the Medical School of Paris, did his residency in surgery as well as completing a 3-year education in acupuncture in France and further clinical training in China. After practicing for 5 years in America he founded the Academy of Chinese Healing Arts in Switzerland in 86 and was co-founder and president of the Swiss Professional Organization for TCM (SPO-TCM) in 95. Hamid was commissioned by the Swiss National Science Foundation to conduct a research study on Acupuncture and Insomnia. He has been lecturing in Europe and the US and is the author of:
